Our programs
Mentorship
Our mentorship program is designed as an opportunity for young people to experience the benefits of a restorative yoga practice, the comfort of safe space, thoughtful prompts on a topic for critical thought, and for communication from a place of both relaxation and attentiveness. Our flagship mentorship program is Teens Teaching Teens. This is greatly supported by the training we do with Dr. Robin Petering of Lens Co; a respected figure in the field of youth advocacy, peer leadership, and conflict resolution.
Yoga + Art
Yoga and Art (camp, events) is designed with the intention to foster learning, introspection, self reflection, self awareness, and body awareness all in an effort to promote communication with teens. with the intention of communication for the sake of fostering critical thinking around the art we will view. The art/artists we will choose will be ranging as mostly contemporaries, their work covering a spectrum of viewpoints on poignant topics such as of people/artists of color, indigenous culture, queerness, feminism, and more. We use guiding questions to help the teens understand and analyze the images and ideas being presented. We use restorative yoga to promote an internal landscape that allows for teens to deeply reflect on themes presented and their connections to their own lives, experiences, desires, goals.
R.E.S.T.

Wicked Cool Places 2021
We helped with the finishing of the beloved Creative Courts Project at Clasky Commons in New Bedford. Since the Creative Courts project headed by artist Mari Molteni of Boston, was based on dialogue between locals and herself, we used And & Both method to contribute to the conversation. We ignited the outdoor public space with yoga, journalling, and lessons for critical and creative discussion on the work that was already painted on the courts. Our intention was to share our conversations to the artist as inspiration for the last stage of the project, the walls surrounding the court. This was successfully completed.
